Learning

At our school, we believe that learning should be exciting, meaningful, and memorable.

Our curriculum is shaped by pupils interests and delivered through purposeful play. With our school
values as our guide, we nurture and support each child’s unique gifts, supporting them to achieve
their God-given potential.

One of the ways we enrich our curriculum is by offering a wide range of educational visits and welcoming inspiring visitors into school. These experiences help bring learning to life—deepening understanding, sparking curiosity, and creating lasting memories. Whether it’s a trip to a museum, a nature reserve, or a historical site, or an in-school workshop led by artists, scientists, or re-enactors, these opportunities allow children to connect their classroom learning with the wider world. They also foster important life skills such as independence, teamwork, and confidence.

We are proud of the rich and varied programme of trips and visitors we offer, and we know how much they contribute to our pupils’ enjoyment, development, and sense of belonging.
